VPC is based in Cape Town, South Africa with a history of Vibratory polishing taken from generations dating back to the early 70's in the Eastern Cape, then brought back into the market in 2015 to provide a unique service to our clients.

We specialise in three types of surface finishes, namely Edge radiusing, Polishing and a Semi bright finish on metals.

• Edge radiusing:  Of laser cut and bent fabrications to give you a soft velvet finish to the touch, no sharp edges on laser cut items after our process.​

​​

• Polishing:  CNC machined components to a mirror finish which intern adds value to the end product and gives it a velvet finish to the touch.​ We refurbish all well used cutlery and bring it back into service with a mirror finish.

• Saturn finish: Not shiny, nor mirror finish, to all machine pressed components, CNC machined components. This applies to brass and stainless steel.​​​​

We also specialise in the refurbishing of Stainless steel, Silverware cutlery to a mirror finish.
